研究概况

我的主要研究工作包括集群式软硬件系统的研制与开发。作为主要成员，我参与研制了多台集群式超级计算机系统，其中一台进入TOP 500。我与科学和工程计算领域进行合作，将其应用问题在高性能计算机上进行实现，并设计针对不同计算机体系结构的高性能并行算法。我设计并提出了网格管理系统的体系结构，设计开发了针对网格的具有QoS保障的相关算法。

我曾获得教育部科技进步二等奖、上海市科技进步一等奖和深圳市科技进步一等奖，独立撰写的《高性能计算并行编程技术——MPI并行程序设计》以及合作撰写的《网格计算》图书在国内高性能并行程序设计领域与网格计算领域有广泛影响。
