研究概况我的研究团队重点专注于进化计算、智能信息处理(机器人智能交互)的应用基础研究、集成电路装备先进控制技术的应用研究等领域。在进化计算研究方面,我们专注于改进当前的基于多变量的分布式估计优化算法,以提高算法的收敛速度和优化解的质量。在智能信息处理方面,我们主要针对当前机器人领域智能交互的迫切应用需求,基于自然语言处理和主流机器学习算法,开展(互联网)文本信息的情感分析、智能问答与文本挖掘方面的研究工作,让目前机器人在交互性上具有更加智能化的用户体验。在集成电路装备先进控制技术的应用研发方面,我们针对标准化的集成电路制造装备,研发集束型的装备控制软件与平台。 作为一种多变量分布估计算法(EDA),我们提出的L1BOA算法采用了L1规则化回归(L1-regularized regression)方法,从参数估计的角度解决了贝叶斯网络的学习问题,能够支持构建稀疏、近优的网络模型。与经典的贝叶斯优化算法(BOA)相比,L1BOA算法能够提高贝叶斯网络模型的学习效率,并且自动调控网络的复杂程度。 针对300mm集成电路制造装备在集群化控制上的应用需求,我们研发了标准化、模块化、网络化的集成电路制造装备的集群化控制方法及其实现技术,为中国集成电路装备研发产业提供了共性核心技术的支持。我们同时基于集成电路装备集群化控制技术,面向200mm刻蚀机应用控制需求,研发了集群化的刻蚀机控制系统。到2007年,刻蚀机系统已经实现了产业化,相应的核心技术已经应用于国内主流的200mm和300mm集成电路生产线上。该研发项目也因此获得2009年度国家科技进步二等奖和2007年度北京市科技进步一等奖。 研究课题 国家02号科技重大专项子课题: PVD整机装备检测平台研发 (2009-2012); 国家02号科技重大专项子课题: 集束式控制平台与软件 (2009-2012); 国家02号科技重大专项子课题: 32-22nm栅刻蚀机传输平台调度方法研究(2011-至今); 国家973项目二级子课题: 社会感知数据处理的公共平台和验证系统(2012-2013); 国家973项目二级子课题: 社会感知数据处理的基础理论(2014-2016); 国家自然科学基金面上项目: 基于Agent的时间Petri网协作多机器人系统建模与性能评价方法研究 (2006-2007); 国家自然科学基金面上项目: 基于概率模型演化算法的协作多机器人系统学习与协调控制方法研究 (2009-2011); 国家自然科学基金面上项目: 基于混合式学习分类器的协作多机器人系统的调度控制方法研究(2012-2015); 国家自然科学基金面上项目: 复杂动态环境下基于分解的多目标演化先进机器人群组协作控制方法研究(2017-2020); 横向(企业委托): 集成电路装备通用控制软件平台研发(2010-2013); 横向(企业委托): 数据挖掘与可视分析技术研发(2014-2017); 横向(企业委托): 交易大数据趋势分析与预测技术研发(2014-2016); 横向(企业委托): 银行生产系统日志分析技术、交易指标相关性分析、交易量预测与合规智能化查验技术研发(2015-2016); 专项项目: **软件平台设计与研发等专项项目(2010-2013); 国际合作项目: 宝洁、安捷伦、西门子等国际合作项目12项(2008-2015).
